Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, the Dinger Derby is back for the 2026 season! With Spring Training games in full swing and the WBC getting rolling (plus the Leafs being an absolute embarassment), attention is turning to baseball. The season kicks off Thursday, March 26th this year, but we’re pushing the deadline to the following Monday again.
As is customary, pick 2 sluggers from each of the first 3 groups, and then 4 sluggers from the 4th, larger group. One point per home run. Most home runs wins. It doesn’t get much easier…set it and forget it. Well, check the standings on a regular basis, but no daily/weekly changes like fantasy baseball.

Deadline: March 30, 2026 @ 4pm Eastern
Entry Fee: $25 per entry (EMT to [email protected] or in person - no PayPal this year)
Payout: 100% of entry fees paid out as prizes. Roughly 1 spot for every 10ish entries.
